Hi, I’m Chef Trey!
After working in some of South Africa’s best restaurants and hotels for the last 15 years, I’ve decided to venture out and start up on of the first African Smoked BBQ companies.
After living and travelling in America for a few years, I fell in love with the idea of Smoked BBQ. Coming from a strictly fine dining background, there is one thing that I’ve always known – meat and fire are a match made in heaven.
At Briskets & Biscuits, we strive for perfection and bringing people together while enjoying our low Smoked BBQ with an African flair. Our meat, cooked low and slow in a hot smoke chamber using only oak, has been deemed the best in the business.
